We started Noble Metal Finishing Technology Inc. in 2000, and since our first day we’ve brought the various plating selection of products and services to our customers. We are both more than 30 years in plating industries working on various types of plating equipments from solder dip machines, barrel plating, solderpates other plating equipments. We perform commissioning, set-up, upgrades, evaluation, process improvement, plating services from various semiconductor industries.
